ASSET DTE Training 2024 Apply Form

Did you know good news for the unemployed? Two lakh unemployed people from all over the country will get technical training under the Accelerating and Strengthening Skills for Economic Transformation (ASSET) project through the Directorate of Technical Education under the Department of Technical and Madrasa Education of the Ministry of Education. Training and all allowances will be given on the basis of class attendance. Abu Momtaz Saaduddin Ahmed said, according to the competency standards approved by the National Skill Development Authority (NSDA) and Bangladesh Technical Education Board, we will develop a total of 2 lakh skilled workers with short training of 4 months or 360 hours. Because at present the demand of manpower with technical or technical skills is increasing gradually in the country and international labor market.

So that the youth can join the work with various skills in the technical sector. Bangladesh Government is working towards that goal, so that lakhs of unemployed youth can acquire skills and work in various sectors. Subjects of Training, Eligibility and Application: Training is being implemented through a total of 86 Government Technical Schools and Colleges, Technical Training Centers (TTC), BITAK and Nectar across the country. The minimum qualification for admission to IT related courses should be SSC or equivalent pass. For other trade courses the minimum qualification required will be 8th pass or equivalent. Age should be between 18 to 40 years for all trades. Application form should be filled and submitted along with two copies of passport size photograph, photocopy of national identity card and copy of educational qualification certificate.

What subjects will be trained?

Training will be imparted in technical trades or subjects including ICT, Construction, Electrical, Garments, Driving approved by NSDA and Board of Technical Education.

Mode of Candidate Selection and Training:

Candidates may be selected through written test and interview after scrutinizing the application. Unemployed, tribals, women, disabled and poor communities will be given priority for admission to the course. All training materials will be provided by TTC authorities. There will be a total of four hours of classes from 2 pm to 6 pm five days a week.

Training allowance and certificate will be provided: A trainee enrolled in the training will receive the training completely free of cost. Rather, training allowance will be given at the rate of BDT 1500 per month to general trainees and Tk 2000 per month to women, disabled and minorities trainees subject to regular attendance across courses and levels. Apart from this, every trainee will get travel allowance at the rate of Tk 80 per day based on attendance.
